Management Resources

One of our most important roles is the day-to-day interaction we have with your management team. Our experience and vast array of resources is a critical component of our service in terms of maintaining compliance and saving time.  We work with your managers in a number of ways:

  • Part of Your Management Team.  Your HR Manager will become an important and integral part of your management team.  We will take an active role in leadership, development, organizational development and strategic planning.
  • Advice and Counsel to Managers. Every day your managers encounter any number of personnel issues, from conflicts with employees to dealing with performance issues and answering basic policy questions.  We spend a great deal of your time working with your managers in resolving their day-to-day employee situations.
  • Notification of Upcoming Compliance Requirements. Because the legislative and legal environments change frequently, we are proactive in notifying you of upcoming required changes to your policies, developing and implementing procedures for dealing with any changes, and communicating the effects of the changes to your employees.
  • Part of Your Management Team. Your HR Manager will become an important and integral part of your management team.  We will take an active role in leadership, development, organizational development and strategic planning.
  • Support for Growth. As your company grows, your Human Resources issues will change.  We guide and support your managers as you reach new employment thresholds, advise you of new requirements, and assist you in the implementation of new policies.  We also work with you as your company culture evolves by suggesting creative ideas for new policies to suit a changing environment.
  • Management Reports. Because we work predominantly off-site, it is imperative that your managers are advised of the status of our work.  Accordingly, we provide quarterly updates in conjunction with an HR work plan, which shows our planned work for the year.  Our goal is to become an integral part of your management team.
  • Additional Resources. From time to time you may want to explore external resources for various projects or services.  We have experience working with hundreds of consultants and service providers in all areas touching HR.  This may include benefits brokers, 401(k) providers, relocation managers, organizational development consultants, executive search firms or pre-employment testing services.  We can put you in touch with the providers that best suit your needs.
